　　综合2022年城市设计学生作业国际竞赛主题意见征集情况和赛事评委会意见，2024年WUPENiCity城市设计学生作业国际竞赛主题最终定为“未来创新家园”，要求参赛者以独特、新颖的视角解析主题的内涵，以全面、系统的专业素质进行城市设计。
　　The theme of the 2024 WUPENiCity International Competition on Students Course Works of Urban Design is"Future Innovative JiaYuan",which requires contestants to analyze the connotation of the theme from a unique and novel perspective to carry out urban design with comprehensive and systematic professional quality.
　　-主题阐释-
　　“家园”是中国人对于城市最基础社会空间的共同认知，如何在家园中通过合理的资源分配与空间规划实现人与自然的创新生态、人与人的创新关系、物质与精神的可持续发展是人类追求美好生活的永恒议题。
　　“创新”即突破传统思维和行为模式，引入新思想、新技术、新产品，提出新颖观念与新方法，以满足新需求、创造新价值、促进高效率、推进可持续的过程。
　　“JiaYuan”is the common cognition of the Chinese people for the most basic social space in the city.How to achieve an innovative ecology between humans and nature,innovative relationships among people,and sustainable development of material and spiritual aspects through rational resource allocation and spatial planning is an eternal issue for mankind to pursue a better life.
　　“Innovation”entails breaking through traditional thinking and behavioral patterns,introducing new ideas,technologies,and products,proposing novel concepts and methods to meet new demands,create new value,promote efficiency,and advance sustainable processes.
　　主要分为以下三个层面：

　　创新规划Innovative Planning
　　通过打破传统规划思维模式，以人民的需求为出发点，在城市与城市群空间与资源的有效利用过程中引入更加灵活、开放、可持续的规划方法，赋予多样化生活空间新价值，实践人性化、生态化、智能化的“创新”理念。
　　By breaking the traditional planning mindset and taking the people's needs as the starting point,it introduces more flexible,open and sustainable planning methods in the effective utilization of space and resources in cities and urban agglomerations,gives new value to diversified living spaces,and puts into practice the"innovative"concepts of humanization,ecology and intelligence.

　　创新驱动就业Innovation-driven employment
　　新时代背景下需要更进一步关注居民的职业发展需求，超越传统就业形态，为居民提供多元化、灵活的工作机会和创业平台，增加就业发展机会、提升职业专业技能、激发创业创新精神，实现居民自身个人价值、家园内的职住平衡。
　　In the context of the new era,it is necessary to pay further attention to the career development needs of the residents,go beyond the traditional forms of employment,and provide diversified and flexible job opportunities and entrepreneurial platforms for the residents,so as to increase the opportunities for employment and development,enhance vocational and professional skills,stimulate the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation,and to realize the personal value of the residents themselves,as well as the balance between work and residence in the homes.

　　创新邻里关系Innovative Neighborhoods
　　现代社会的多元化的要求更和谐、可持续、更包容的社区环境，即通过设计促进交流的公共空间、组织社区活动、利用技术手段增强互动等，从而构建充满活力、包容多元、富有特色的邻里关系，促进不同文化背景、年龄、职业的居民在家园内共同生活。
　　The diversity of modern society calls for a more harmonious,sustainable and inclusive community environment,i.e.,through the design of public spaces for communication,the organization of community activities,and the use of technological means to enhance interaction,etc.,so as to build vibrant,inclusive and distinctive neighbourhoods,and to promote the coexistence of residents of different cultural backgrounds,ages and occupations in their homes.
　　本次大赛鼓励参与者思考城市创新建设与人类美好家园的关联，以“创新”为话题去寻找当下“家园”中的问题和智慧，思考城市建设发展如何实现“创新”，诸如创新生产、创新生活、创新教育、创新医疗、创新生态、创新出行等。
　　The competition encourages participants to think about the connection between urban innovation and a better home for mankind,to use"innovation"as a topic to search for problems and wisdom in the current"home",and to think about how to realize"innovation"in urban construction and development,such as innovation in production,innovation in life,innovation in education,innovation in healthcare,innovation in ecology,and innovation in mobility,and so on.
　　02官方推荐基地征集

　　2024年WUPENiCity城市设计学生作业国际竞赛致力于搭建实践与交流一体化新平台，以现实背景与现实环境为依托，积极推动优质创新想法落地，为地方城市贡献来自青年的创新思维和优质方案，推动“产教学研政融合”发展的全新模式。现面向全国各地方政府部门、高校与其他有设计建设需求的相关单位广泛征集竞赛推荐基地，为地方城市的发展建设注入创意想法与优质方案，提供专家指导意见。
　　-征集要求-
　　征集基地为城市或乡村地区某一有边界的地块，地块大小不超过1 km²，地块设计项目需求主要为城市设计或城市更新。
　　有意愿提供竞赛基地的相关部门可填写推荐基地信息登记表（获取方式见下文），如有推荐基地相关的说明文件、上位规划及相关设计需求和推荐基地的地图文件，请一并发送至赛事邮箱：

　　1.各位参赛选手需保存参赛码，同时成果中不能出现人名、校名，一旦在技术审查或评审中发现即取消资格。
　　2.作品名、作者、指导导师提交后不能增加及修改顺序。
　　3.本年度赛程预计调整为2024年3月-6月下旬，竞赛成果要求、提交说明、评委阵容、详细赛程安排及相关赛事活动将于2024年3月正式公布，敬请关注！
　　3.赛事官方最新邮箱已更新为cqa wupen.org，举报材料清单将于后续公布，邮箱如收到举报，审核后将标准文件转发给举报人。

　　1.All participants are required to save the entry code,while the name of the person or school cannot appear in the results,once it is found in the technical review or evaluation,it will be disqualified.
　　2.The name of the work,the author,and the supervising instructor cannot be added and the order cannot be modified after submission.
　　3.The schedule of this year's competition is planned to be adjusted to March-late June 2024.The requirements of the competition results,submission instructions,jury line-up,detailed schedule arrangements and related events will be officially announced in March 2024,so please look forward to it!
　　3.The latest official mailbox of the tournament has been updated to cqa wupen.org,the list of reporting materials will be published in the follow-up,the mailbox,such as receiving reports,after reviewing the standard documents will be forwarded to the whistleblower.
