　　1.参赛对象及要求
　　Eligibility and Requirements
　　境外赛区：在境外学习、工作或生活的北京大学校友（创意组要求在境外高校毕业不超过五年），或有意到武汉发展的境外创业者，若报名项目已成立公司，需要公司主体注册地在境外。
　　Non-Chinese Mainland Division:Peking University alumni who are studying,working,or living outside the Chinese mainland(for the Innovation Category,applicants must have graduated from a university outside Chinese mainland within the past five years),or overseas entrepreneurs who intend to develop their business in Wuhan,China.If a company has already been established for the project,the company must be registered outside the Chinese mainland.
　　2.参赛项目组别
　　Project Categories
　　创意组：具有创新成果，拥有或授权拥有创新产品或服务，具有完整的商业计划书，未进行工商登记注册，或虽有工商登记注册但未满一年且无实际经营，重点关注实验室成果转化且有推荐信的项目。
　　Innovation Category:Projects that have produced innovative outcomes,own or hold a license for innovative products or services,have a complete business plan,and have not yet been registered with the industrial and commercial authorities;or projects that have been registered but have been in operation for less than one year and have not yet engaged in actual business operations.Projects resulting from the commercialization of laboratory research and accompanied by a letter of recommendation will be given priority consideration.
　　创业组：已进行工商注册，经营状况良好。参赛团队的负责人股份不低于10%。
　　Entrepreneurship Category:The company has been registered with the relevant authorities and is in good operating condition.The team leader must hold at least a 10%equity stake.
　　3.赛区和赛道
　　Divisions and Tracks
　　本次大赛分主赛区和境外赛区。境外赛区在中国香港举办，参赛项目在境外地区的报名此赛区，不分专业领域。
　　The competition consists of the Chinese Mainland Division and the Non-Chinese Mainland Division.The Non-Chinese Mainland Division will be held in Hong Kong,China.Projects based outside the Chinese mainland should register for the Non-Chinese Mainland Division,which is not divided by field of specialization.
　　备注：
　　（1）各参赛团队应根据项目及团队的具体情况，申报对应组别。大赛组织委员会将对所有报名参赛团队进行资格审查，不符合条件的团队将无法获得参赛资格。
　　（2）参赛团队可邀请北京大学在职或离退休教师担任指导老师，每个参赛项目的指导老师0-5人。
　　（3）报名截止后，参赛团队负责人、成员、指导老师及项目名称均不得变更。
　　（4）在比赛过程中，若发现参赛团队提交的材料存在虚假内容，组委会有权取消其参赛资格。
　　（5）已获得此大赛往届冠、亚、季军的项目不具备本届大赛的参赛资格。
　　（6）一个项目只可选择一个赛区参赛，否则将可能被取消参赛资格。
　　Notes:
　　(1)Each participating team should register for the appropriate category based on the specific details of their project and team.The Competition Organizing Committee will conduct eligibility reviews of all registered teams.Teams that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be permitted to participate.
　　(2)Participating teams may invite current or retired faculty members from Peking University to serve as advisors.Each project may have up to five advisors.
　　(3)After the registration deadline,the team leader,members,advisors,and project name may not be changed.
　　(4)If false information is discovered in the materials submitted by a participating team during the competition,the Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify the team.
　　(5)Projects that have previously won first,second,or third place in this competition are not eligible to participate in this year's competition.
　　(6)A project may only enter one competition region;failure to comply may result in disqualification.

　　Participating teams must complete their registration by the deadline.Registrations submitted through any other channel will be invalid.Participating teams may modify their project and team member information before the registration deadline.No changes will be accepted after the deadline.

　　围绕武汉“965”现代产业体系建设所需，组织参赛项目团队代表赴“五谷”实地考察，与武汉相关部门、创投机构、产业园区开展洽谈对接、沟通投融资需求等，为参赛项目团队落地武汉搭建对接交流平台，助力大赛成果转化为高质量发展成效，实现以赛引才、以赛促创。
　　In line with the development needs of Wuhan’s“965”modern industrial system,representatives of participating teams will conduct on-site visits to the“Five Valleys”to hold discussions and establish connections with relevant Wuhan authorities,venture capital institutions,and industrial parks,as well as to communicate their investment and financing needs.This initiative aims to build a platform for collaboration and exchange help participating project teams establish operations in Wuhan,transform the competition’s outcomes into tangible results for high-quality development,and attract talent and foster innovation through the competition.
