　　国际自然资源与规划范例奖是国际自然资源学会（iAONR）设立的自然资源与规划的最高奖项，表彰和推广自然资源循环再生、气候韧性建设、绿色转型发展、环境治理改善、城乡更新活化等领域推动可持续发展的杰出实践范例，助力社会迈向更具韧性与可持续性的未来。
　　The International Award for Best Practices(IABP)in Natural Resources and Planning,established by the International Association of Natural Resources(iAONR),is the highest honor in the field of natural resources and planning.It recognizes exemplary projects in resource recycling,climate resilience,green transformation,and more,driving society toward a resilient and sustainable future.
　　为高质量办好本奖项，广泛汇聚社会创意智慧，强化赛事品牌形象宣传，现面向全球公开征集VI及延伸设计（LOGO、奖杯与证书设计）方案。有关事项公告如下：

　　1.紧扣“可持续的未来”核心主题，深度融合人与自然和谐共生、城市可持续发展等核心内涵。

　　2.创作理念健康向上，主题鲜明突出，兼具时代特征与艺术表现力，能充分彰显国际奖项的专业价值与全球视野。
　　3.创作风格、表现形式不限，鼓励创新突破，但需具备较高辨识度与传播适配性。
　　4.应征作品必须为原创作品，未以任何形式公开发表、参展或投入使用，无知识产权争议。
　　5.严格遵守国内外相关法律法规，不得包含任何违法违规、违背公序良俗的内容。

　　IV.Technical Requirements
　　1.设计稿中图片之外的文字，采用英文。国际自然资源与规划范例奖的英文全称为：International Award for Best Practices in Natural Resources and Planning。简称为：IABP或IABP in Natural Resources and Planning。
　　2.作品需提交彩色原稿，确保在不同比例尺寸下清晰呈现，可适配平面宣传、立体制作、电子媒介传播等多场景应用。
　　3.提交作品需包含：
　　（1）A4规格彩色设计图稿（清晰度不低于300dpi，JPG格式，需标注标准色值、标准字体）。
　　（2）矢量图源文件（ai/cdr等格式）。
　　（3）作品创作理念说明（填在应征报名表内，300字以内，如有必要可另附word文档）。
　　1.All text in the design draft except for images shall be in English.
　　The full name of the award is:
　　International Award for Best Practices in Natural Resources and Planning
　　Abbreviation:IABP or IABP in Natural Resources and Planning.
　　2.Submitted works shall be color original drafts,ensuring clear presentation at different scales and sizes,and adaptable to multiple application scenarios such as print publicity,three-dimensional production,and electronic media communication.
　　3.The submitted works must include:
　　(1)Color design drawings in A4 size(resolution not less than 300 dpi,JPG format),with standard color values and standard fonts indicated.
　　(2)Vector source files(such as AI/CDR formats).
　　(3)Description of the creative concept(to be filled in the application form,within 300 words;an additional Word document may be attached if necessary).

　　V.Selection and Awards
　　1.本次征集设两大组别：LOGO设计组、奖杯与证书设计组。每组设一等奖1名、二等奖2名，三等奖和鼓励奖若干名，由国际自然资源学会颁发获奖证书。符合条件者可成为国际自然资源学会个人会员，享受2026国际自然资源与大会注册费优惠。
　　2.评选流程：每项设计评选均组织专家进行初评和终评，确保公平公正。
　　1.This solicitation sets up two major categories:LOGO Design Category and Trophy&Certificate Design Category.Each category will have 1 First Prize winner,2 Second Prize winners,and several Third Prize and Honorable Mention winners.Winning certificates will be issued by iAONR.Eligible applicants may become individual members of iAONR and enjoy registration fee discounts for the 2026 International Conference on Natural Resources and Planning.
　　2.Selection Process:For each design entry,experts will be organized to conduct preliminary evaluation and final evaluation to ensure fairness and impartiality.

　　VI.Notes
　　1.应征资格：个人、团体均可参与。可独立完成作品，也可联合创作。每个应征者/团队可提交多件作品，但在每个组别内只能获一个奖项。
　　2.作品投递：所有应征作品通过电子邮件提交。邮件标题为：姓名（或参赛团队）+范例奖LOGO（或奖杯证书）应征作品。
　　3.材料提交：应征作品需附以下资料：应征报名表（见附件1），个人/单位有效证件复印件。以单位名义提交的，需提供相关资质证明文件。
　　4.材料留存：应征人提交的所有资料、稿件需自行留存底稿，原件不予退还。
　　5.知识产权：应征人需签署《著作权转让承诺书》（见附件2），未签署者视为自动放弃参选资格。
　　1.Eligibility:Individuals and groups are both welcome to participate.Works can be completed independently or collaboratively.Each entrant/team may submit multiple works,but only one award will be granted per category.2.Submission Method:All entries shall be submitted via email.The email subject should be formatted as:Name(or Team Name)+IABP LOGO(or Trophy&Certificate)Entry.3.Required Submission Materials:Each entry must be accompanied by the following documents:(1)Entry Registration Form(see Attachment 1)(2)Copy of valid personal/entity identification documents.For submissions made in the name of an entity,relevant qualification certificates shall also be provided.4.Retention of Materials:All submitted documents and drafts must be retained by the entrants themselves;the original materials will not be returned.5.Intellectual Property Rights:Entrants are required to sign the Copyright Transfer Commitment Letter(see Attachment 2).Failure to sign will be deemed as an automatic waiver of the participation qualification.
