　　被誉为创新创业圈“奥林匹克”的中国深圳创新创业大赛国际赛再度扬帆起航！第十届国际赛已正式启动，秉承“开展国际交流合作，共享创新发展机遇”理念，本届大赛深度链接国际创新人才高地，在美国波士顿、英国伦敦、德国弗莱堡、法国巴黎、加拿大多伦多、澳大利亚悉尼、瑞典斯德哥尔摩、荷兰阿姆斯特丹、瑞士苏黎世、西班牙巴塞罗那、韩国首尔、新加坡12个创新城市举办海外分站赛，面向APEC经济体（已设赛区除外）新增“APEC邀请赛”通道。开设新一代电子信息、生物医药与健康、数字与时尚、高端装备制造、绿色低碳、新材料、海洋经济7个行业赛道。大赛面向所有的海外创新创业项目开放，参赛者不限国籍。
　　本届大赛设立了丰厚的奖金，总奖金达942万元人民币，单个参赛团队将有机会获得大赛奖金最高75万元人民币（不包含创投资金）。同时，项目落地深圳且符合条件的将可获得最高100万元人民币的创业补贴。参与本次大赛的创投机构达50多家，组合形成总额50亿元人民币的创投资金池，对大赛优秀项目进行组合投资。所有参赛者均可通过大赛投资对接服务平台获得社会资本的投资机会。大赛将打造全流程、全方位海外招才引智落地服务体系，全面涵盖项目征集、海外辅导、离岸预孵化、线上对接、来深考察、本地产业对接、导师专家对接、创投资本对接、支持政策对接、产业园区对接等一系列配套服务，为参赛者提供全程跟踪落地服务。

　　The 10th China(Shenzhen)Innovation&Entrepreneurship International Competition,renowned as the'Olympics'of the innovation and entrepreneurship community,is officially back in action!To embracing the concept of"Fostering International Exchange and Cooperation,Sharing Opportunities for Innovation and Development."We are now inviting outstanding entrepreneurial projects from 12overseas divisional sites across the globe:
　　The Competition is deeply linked with various international innovative talents clusters and Overseas Division Competition will be respectively held in twelve cities:Boston(U.S.A.),London(U.K.),Freiburg(Germany),Paris(France),Toronto(Canada),Sydney(Australia),Stockholm(Sweden),Amsterdam(Netherlands),Zurich(Switzerland),Barcelona(Spain),Seoul(South Korea),and Singapore.An APEC Invitational Competition is newly added for APEC economies(excluding those with established divisions).The Competition features seven industry tracks:New-Generation Electronic Information,Digital and Fashion,High-End Equipment Manufacturing,Green and Low-Carbon,New Materials,Biological Medicine and Health,Marine Economy.It is open to all overseas innovation and entrepreneurship projects,with no nationality restrictions for participants.
　　The Competition offers a total bonus of RMB 9.42 million,with individual winners eligible for up to RMB 750,000(excluding venture investment funds).Projects landing in Shenzhen and meeting eligibility may be awarded the maximal business start-up subsidies of RMB 1 million.Over 50 venture capital institutions participate,combining to form a RMB 5 billion investment fund to make portfolio investment in outstanding competition projects.Additionally,all participants may access investment opportunities from social capital through the Competition's investment matchmaking platform.
　　The Competition provides a full-process,comprehensive overseas talent recruitment and project landing service system,covering a complete range of supporting services including project solicitation,overseas mentoring,offshore pre-incubation,online matching,Shenzhen visits,local industry connection,expert mentorship,venture capital Liaison,policy support,and industrial park matchmaking,ensuring full tracking and support for participants.

　　参赛条件Applications&Requirements
　　1.拥有创新成果和创业计划的海外高层次创业团队或个人；
　　2.目前在海外，有意向来深创新创业或与深圳相关产业对接合作的团体或个人，且未在深圳注册商事主体并担任法定代表人或股东；
　　3.参赛项目的产品、技术或相关专利归属参赛者，与他人无产权纠纷，因侵权产生的责任由参赛者负责；
　　4.曾获得第一届中国深圳海外创新人才大赛及历届中国深圳创新创业大赛奖项（含国内赛和国际赛）的选手及项目不能重复参加本届大赛。

　　Overseas high-level entrepreneurial teams or individuals possessing innovative achievements and entrepreneurial plans;
　　Those who currently residing overseas,intending to innovate and start businesses in Shenzhen or to cooperate with related industries in Shenzhen,and have not registered a business entity in Shenzhen nor serve as its legal representatives or shareholders;
　　The products,technologies,or related patents of the participating projects belong to the participants,with no ownership disputes involving others.Any liability arising from infringement shall be borne by the participants;
　　Participants and projects that have won awards in the first China Shenzhen Overseas Innovation Talent Competition or any previous editions of the China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition(including both domestic and international events)are not eligible to participate in this competition again.
