　　Brief Introduction
　　大赛简介
　　第十届国际赛于2026年7月正式启动，秉承“开展国际交流合作，共享创新发展机遇”理念，面向全球征集优秀创业项目，在美国波士顿、英国伦敦、德国弗莱堡、法国巴黎、加拿大多伦多、澳大利亚悉尼、瑞典斯德哥尔摩、荷兰阿姆斯特丹、瑞士苏黎世、西班牙巴塞罗那、韩国首尔、新加坡设置12个海外分站赛区，广泛汇聚全球优质创新创业力量。
　　本届大赛设立了丰厚的奖金，总奖金达884万元人民币，单个参赛团队将有机会获得大赛奖金最高75万元人民币（不包含创投资金），项目落地深圳且符合条件的，还可额外获最高100万元人民币创业补贴。
　　同时，大赛将打造全流程、全方位海外招才引智落地服务体系，涵盖项目征集、海外辅导、离岸预孵化、线上对接、来深考察、本地产业对接、导师专家对接、创投资本对接、支持政策对接、产业园区对接等，为参赛者提供全程跟踪落地服务。

　　The China(Shenzhen)Innovation and Entrepreneurship International Competition,hailed as the“Olympics”of the innovation and entrepreneurship circle,has set sail once again!The 9th Competition officially kicked off in July,2026.Adhering to the principle of“Carrying out International Exchange and Cooperation,and Sharing Innovative Development Opportunities”,the Competition is now globally soliciting outstanding entrepreneurial projects,and will hold overseas division competitions in 12 cities including Boston of the United States,London of the United Kingdom,Freiburg of Germany,Paris of France,Toronto of Canada,Sydney of Australia,Stockholm of Sweden,Amsterdam of the Netherlands,Zurich of Switzerland,Barcelona of Spain,Seoul of South Korea and Singapore.Its goal is to bring together high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship resources from across the globe.
　　This year’s Competition offers generous prizes totaling RMB 8.84 million.Individual participating teams will have the opportunity to win a maximum competition bonus of RMB 750,000(venture capital investments are not included).In addition,winning projects that settle in Shenzhen and meet certain requirements will be eligible for an additional start-up subsidy of up to RMB 1 million.
　　Furthermore,the Competition will establish a full-process and all-round service system that can help attract overseas talents and excellent projects to settle in Shenzhen.It will also provide the complete settlement follow-up services including project solicitation,overseas coaching,offshore pre-incubation,online matching,and visits to Shenzhen,as well as mentor and expert matching,venture capital connections,policy consultation services,and industrial park linkage—empowering participants with end-to-end innovation and entrepreneurship services.

　　创业经验或曾任国际

　　who have studied overseas,
　　at least one member of
　　the team shall meet
　　one of the following criteria:
　　1.Hold a doctoral degree

　　or overseas,and possess
　　one of the following
　　experiences:①Engaged
　　in natural science or
　　engineering and technology
　　fields,and have worked at
　　world-renowned overseas
　　universities,scientific research
　　institutions or corporate
　　R&D institutions after
　　obtaining the doctoral degree;
　　②Held senior positions at
　　internationally renowned
　　enterprises,or positions
　　equivalent to associate
　　professor or above at
　　well-known overseas
　　universities and scientific
　　research institutions.
　　2.Hold a master's degree
　　or higher obtained overseas,
　　have overseas entrepreneurial
　　experience or have held
　　middle or senior positions
　　at internationally renowned
　　enterprises,and possess
　　one of the following
　　experiences:①Possess
　　internationally leading
　　technological achievements
　　or technologies that can fill
　　domestic gaps with
　　great product potential;
　　②Own independently
　　innovative products that
　　have received investment
　　from venture capital
　　institutions.
　　3.Hold a bachelor's degree
　　or higher obtained
　　domestically or overseas,
　　have many years of work
　　experience in overseas
　　enterprises,and have held
　　senior technical positions
　　at internationally renowned
　　enterprises.

　　Longhua District is surrounded by mountains on three sides and traversed by a nourishing river.Covering a total area of 175.6 square kilometers,it has jurisdiction over six subdistricts,69 community workstations,and 113 neighborhood committees.By the end of 2024,the number of the district’s registered population is about 700,000,and the permanent population had reached 2.52 million.Longhua District has a favorable location and transportation.Located in the geometric center of Shenzhen and the urban development axis of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),Longhua District has competitive economic strength.In 2024,the district’s GDP grew to RMB 315.4 billion,ranking 24th among the top 100 districts in China(in the“CCID Top 100 Districts in China”).
　　Longhua District is also a hub for scientific and technological innovation,hosting 377 innovation platforms at various levels.It is home to technology giants such as Huawei and Foxconn,and a trillion-yuan manufacturing industrial cluster.The first domestic extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)machine in China was born in Longhua,breaking the foreign technological monopoly.Longhua is currently promoting digital development and the integration of people,city and industry across the district,aiming to implement the Digital Longhua development strategy in a high standard way and to develop a central axis new city at a high level.
