为进一步推动艺术创作与教学研究深度融合，营造优良的学术生态与艺术创新氛围，加强我校师生与国内外优秀创意人才的交流合作，现以柔性引进方式，聘请国内外行业高端创意人才来校开展教学实践、科学研究、学科建设及艺术创作演出等工作（以下简称“驻校创意人才计划”）。现就2026年度“驻校创意人才”项目征集有关事项通知如下：
　　In order to further promote the integration of artistic creation with teaching and research,foster a vibrant academic ecosystem and an atmosphere of artistic innovation,and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between our faculty,students,and outstanding creative professionals from China and abroad,SIVA hereby launches the“Creative Talent-in-Residence Program.”Through a flexible recruitment mechanism,high-level creative professionals from both domestic and international fields will be invited to SIVA to engage in teaching practice,academic research,discipline development,artistic creation,and performances.The relevant matters concerning the 2026 Call for Applications for the“Creative Talent-in-Residence Program”are hereby announced as follows:
　　一、引进对象及条件Target Candidates and Eligibility
　　1.引进对象：
　　Target Candidates
　　面向国内外具有一定艺术成就和社会影响力的艺术家、设计师、策展人、跨媒体研究者及创意从业者等。
　　Artists,designers,curators,cross-media researchers,and creative professionals from China and abroad who have achieved a certain level of artistic accomplishment and social influence.
　　2.基本条件：
　　Basic Requirements
　　（1）具有良好的政治素养、师德师风、职业道德和团队协作精神，愿意为高校学科建设、教学、科研、实践等方面开展工作和做出贡献。
　　Possess strong political integrity,professional ethics,teaching ethics,and a spirit of teamwork;demonstrate a willingness to contribute to university development in areas such as discipline building,teaching,research,and practice.
　　（2）具有原创艺术实践经验，作品具有创新性或社会影响力；
　　Have experience in original artistic practice,with works that demonstrate innovation or social impact.
　　（3）在艺术教育、研究或跨界合作方面有突出成果。
　　Have achieved notable accomplishments in art education,research,or interdisciplinary collaboration.
　　二、驻校项目类别Residency Categories
　　结合学校特色与国际经验，艺术家驻校项目分为以下三类：
　　Drawing on SIVA’s distinctive characteristics and international experience,the residency program is divided into the following three categories:
　　1.教学型驻校
　　Teaching Residency
　　受邀艺术家承担课程讲授、专题讲座或工作坊，指导学生创作，提升教学创新力。
　　Invited artists will undertake course instruction,deliver specialized lectures or workshops,guide student creative projects,and enhance innovation in teaching.
　　2.研究型驻校
　　Research Residency
　　鼓励艺术家围绕学院重点研究方向（如数字媒体艺术、艺术与科技、公共艺术、文物修复、服装设计、戏剧音乐舞蹈等）进行跨学科创作与学术研究。
　　Artists are encouraged to conduct interdisciplinary artistic creation and academic research around SIVA’s key research areas,such as Digital Media Art,Art and Technology,Public Art,Cultural Relics Preservation and Restoration,Fashion Design,Drama,Music and Dance,among others.
　　3.创作型驻校
　　Creative Residency
　　提供专门的创作空间、设备与学术支持，艺术家可在驻校期间独立完成艺术作品，并举办成果展或公共艺术项目。
　　Dedicated creative spaces,equipment,and academic support will be provided.Artists may independently complete artistic works during the residency and organize exhibitions of their achievements or public art projects.
　　三、待遇及服务Compensation and Support
　　1.薪酬待遇：
　　Compensation
　　根据人才层次、岗位职责及工作任务一人一议、协议确定。
　　Remuneration will be determined individually based on the candidate’s level,responsibilities,and assigned tasks,and will be specified through agreement.
　　2.驻校时长：
　　Duration of Residency
　　一般为1个月至6个月。特殊情况另行商议。
　　The residency period is generally one to six months.Special circumstances may be negotiated separately.
　　3.支持条件：
　　Support
　　（1）创作与展示空间：配备基本创作设施与展示条件；
　　（2）研究与交流资源：开放工作室、图书馆等学术资源；
　　（3）生活与住房保障：为驻校艺术家提供住房。
　　(1)Creative and Exhibition Spaces:Basic creative facilities and exhibition conditions will be provided.
　　(2)Research and Exchange Resources:Access to academic resources such as studios and the library.
　　(3)Living and Housing Support:Accommodation will be provided for resident artists.
